At PopCase, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. If, in the unlikely event, you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will be happy to assist you with a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure the following:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share clear photos of the product and the issue via email or WhatsApp.
  • A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, and refund claims. The video must begin before opening the sealed package and clearly capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
