Refund policy
We want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Accepted Within 7 Days
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
We will review your request and do our best to resolve it quickly.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or dislike of the product.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products are made specially for you. Because of their personalised nature, the following items cannot be returned:

Items used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Products not in original condition or missing packaging/accessories
3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange the return pickup and cover the shipping cost.

In all other approved cases, the customer will need to bear the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Delivery charges (if any) are not refundable
6. Replacement Option
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’re happy to arrange it — depending on stock availability.
7. Order Cancellation
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation. Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.
