Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
• A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the sealed package is opened until the issue is clearly visible.
• Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
• For size exchanges, exchange delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
• Any customer-initiated return or exchange shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the error is on our part.

Refunds
